Job Title: Commercial Building Maintenance Supervisor
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Position Objective: Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across all FSO facilities as needed.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends when required
- Supervisory experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
Detailed Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Lead and supervise maintenance crews, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and reviewing completed work when needed.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify repair needs, and ensure all work complies with safety codes and regulations.
- Operate tools, equipment, and maintenance vehicles safely and effectively.
- Complete administrative tasks such as processing work orders, maintaining records, submitting material requisitions, and preparing reports.
- Respond to emergencies and after-hours maintenance issues as required.
- Participate in On Call Rotation
Physical/Mental Demands: Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously and subject to interruptions. Physical effort requires repetitive movements, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, reaching above shoulder level, climbing and heavy lifting.
