Maintenance Supervisor - Commerical

Job Title: Commercial Building Maintenance Supervisor

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Position Objective: Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across all FSO facilities as needed.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work nights and weekends when required
• Supervisory experience
• Healthcare experience preferred

Detailed Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Lead and supervise maintenance crews, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and reviewing completed work when needed.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify repair needs, and ensure all work complies with safety codes and regulations.
• Operate tools, equipment, and maintenance vehicles safely and effectively.
• Complete administrative tasks such as processing work orders, maintaining records, submitting material requisitions, and preparing reports.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours maintenance issues as required.
• Participate in On Call Rotation

Physical/Mental Demands: Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously and subject to interruptions. Physical effort requires repetitive movements, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, reaching above shoulder level, climbing and heavy lifting.
