Position Summar

yThe HSE Supervisor is responsible for leading and ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements within the organizations manufacturing operations. This position ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental regulations applicable in Texas, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, and company policies. The role focuses on preventing incidents, managing environmental impacts, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all plant operations

ce• Develop, implement, and maintain the Annual HSE Program in alignment with OSHA requirements, environmental regulations, ISO standards, and corporate policie

s.• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of preventive and corrective control

s.• Maintain HSE procedures, policies, work instructions, risk matrices, and related documentatio

nt• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and observations to ensure compliance with safety requirement

s.• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identifying root causes and corrective action

s.• Manage OSHA recordkeeping requirements, including OSHA 300 Logs and incident reportin

g.• Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans, including fire, spill, evacuation, and medical emergency procedure
