A well-established client is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a community in Anderson, SC. This is direct-hire, fully-onsite opportunity supporting a portfolio with strong occupancy and high resident demand.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and external owners
- Coordinate and support showings and property inspections
- Partner closely with internal team members to maintain strong service, communication, and property standards
- Track and support performance goals tied to occupancy and rent delinquency
Qualifications
- Active Property Management License required
- Willing/able to use a personal vehicle for showings and inspections (mileage reimbursed)
- Experience with property management software is helpful; AppFolio experience is a plus
