The Opportunity:
- Our client is an established private markets investor with a dedicated Credit Secondaries strategy
- Invests across LP-led, GP-led, and structured credit secondary transactions
- Opportunity for candidates from investment banking or credit investing to transition into a buy-side role
- Broad exposure across underwriting, execution, and portfolio management within a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and underwrite private credit secondary opportunities across a range of transaction types
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and portfolio analyses
- Prepare investment committee materials and supporting analysis
- Support due diligence across financial, commercial, and legal workstreams
- Assist in transaction execution and closing processes
- Monitor portfolio investments, including performance and valuations
- Contribute to market mapping, research, and sourcing activities
- Support investor relations, fundraising, and ad hoc strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, private credit, or a related investing role
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and cash flow modelling
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented, driven, and intellectually curious
