Resonsibilities:
- Assist the investment team in conducting due diligence on various private equity funds and managers
- Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of LBO/venture/energy/mezzanine funds
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in M&A investment banking and/or leveraged finance
OR 1-2 years of PE investments / PE advisory work
