********** $20 billion AUM PRIVATE EQUITY firm in NYC is looking for an Associate to help with potential secondary investments as well as co-investments. You will be involved in each element of the investment process. **********


Resonsibilities:

  • Assist the investment team in conducting due diligence on various private equity funds and managers
  • Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of LBO/venture/energy/mezzanine funds



Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in M&A investment banking and/or leveraged finance

OR 1-2 years of PE investments / PE advisory work
