CFO | Family Office Backed Consumer Electronics Manufacturer | Toledo, Ohio
Finatal is partnering with a family office investor to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a $500m revenue consumer electronics manufacturer. This business has a complex operational footprint, a high volume of SKUs, and clear ambition for inorganic growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded CFO to lead finance in an operationally demanding environment. The incoming CFO will partner closely with the CEO and investors, navigating complexity, strengthening performance, and engaging actively with lenders and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and elevate the finance function - improving reporting and controls.
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, and operational performance analysis, linking customer and product data to financial outcomes.
- Manage banking and lender relationships, supporting capital structure, liquidity planning, and financing initiatives.
- Support inorganic growth through diligence, execution, and integration of acquisition activity.
- Drive cash flow, working capital, and inventory discipline across a complex SKU base.
- Act as strategic partner to the CEO and board, bringing curiosity, challenge, and perspective beyond scorekeeping.
Requirements:
- Current CFO or Head of FP&A with 20 years of experience
- Experience within scaled industrials, consumer electronics, or adjacent sectors (Revenue $200M )
- Global exposure and comfort operating across international markets
- M&A experience is highly preferred
- Ability to be on site in Toledo, Ohio 4–5 days per week
Salary : $275,000 - $350,000
