ATHLETICS AND ACTIVITIES SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Athletics and Activities Supervisor at Filer High School. This part-time position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various athletic programs and extracurricular activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for youth development, and a commitment to promoting a positive school culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help Supervise and manage athletic programs and extracurricular activities, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Monitor student participation and engagement in activities, promoting inclusivity and teamwork.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during athletic events and activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages student growth, leadership, and sportsmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sports administration, coaching, or youth activities is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of athletic rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
• A passion for promoting health, wellness, and teamwork among students.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
