This role is responsible for processing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling confidential financial information.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with employees across departments.
What You’ll Do
✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
âś… Experience: 1-2 years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience (Preferred)
âś… Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred)
âś… Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy with payroll data and records
âś… Technical Skills: Experience with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
âś… Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee and payroll information with discretion
âś… Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet payroll deadlines
