This is a full-time on-site role based in Warwick, RI, for a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will manage and process employee payroll, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, address and resolve payroll discrepancies, and handle garnishments and payroll-related inquiries. You will also collaborate closely with clients to provide exceptional payroll services tailored to meet their individual needs.
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Proficient in managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
- Strong understanding of Payroll Services and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and general computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in calculating and processing employee pay, including benefits, is a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
