Location: Lafayette, IN
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000

What you’ll be doing
- Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support timely close processes
- Core Accounting: Own AP/AR oversight, general ledger activity, and daily accounting operations
- Financial Reporting: Assist with financial statements, consolidations, and management reporting
- Cost & Inventory Accounting: Support costing, inventory tracking, and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Financial Analysis: Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- PE Collaboration: Partner with private equity stakeholders on reporting, research, and ad hoc initiatives
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and global teams
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing required)
- Strong foundation in GAAP, month-end close, and inventory/cost accounting
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, or consolidations is a plus
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment
- Strong communication skills, especially working across multiple locations
