Digital Banking Manager (Head of Digital Channels)

Ferretti Search is delighted to exclusively partner with a well-established community bank who is looking to locate their next Sr. Manager/Director of Digital Banking.

Location: Newton, NC

Compensation Target: $120-$130k plus bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite, flexible hours

What will your day look like?

• Own Digital Banking Ecosystem: Lead all digital banking platforms (online and mobile), ACH processing, card programs, and fintech/vendor relationships
• Drive Strategy & Innovation: Execute a multi-year digital roadmap focused on adoption, self-service, and enhanced customer experience
• Enhance & Expand Capabilities: Evaluate and implement new solutions including P2P and emerging fintech while optimizing performance and operational efficiency

Who are you?

• Industry Experienced: Background in banking or financial services with experience in digital banking, payments, or card programs
• Emerging or Proven Leader: Leadership experience or strong second-in-command exposure with the ability to lead teams and initiatives
• Forward-Thinking Operator: Comfortable in a regulated environment with a passion for innovation, vendor management, and digital trends
