What will your day look like?
Financial Reporting & Close
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting
Accounting Operations
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll functions
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense management
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Coordinate external audits and support audit processes
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Oversee banking relationships and treasury activities
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation
- Enhance systems and workflows to support scalability
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Who are you?
- Experienced Leader: 8–12 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with prior team leadership
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems
- Analytical & Results-Driven: Proven ability to manage deadlines, analyze data, and drive process improvements
- Effective Communicator: Able to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
