What You’ll Do: As a Sales Compensation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring accurate and compliant compensation processes. You’ll handle complex calculations, resolve inquiries, and maintain critical systems—all while supporting our agents and internal teams with clarity and precision.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple technical systems quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive compensation data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
- FINRA fingerprinting required.
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong ethical standards.
- Availability to work 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday from our West Des Moines office, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
