Subway area manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in strategic planning and business development. This role requires a focus on profit and loss management, ensuring operational excellence while driving sales growth and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and drive profitability.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Analyze financial reports to monitor profit and loss, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion of objectives within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in management roles with a focus on supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with excellent leadership skills that inspire others to achieve their best work.
• Experience in analyzing profit & loss statements and implementing strategies for financial improvement.
