Duties

- Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Coordinate catering services for special events, including banquets and private functions.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of food supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management with a strong focus on culinary operations.
