What you'll earn
- $23/hr base uncapped tiered commission: 9% on $30–40K monthly premium, 10% above $40K
- Realistic earnings: ~$83K at $30K/mo in premium, ~$101K at $40K/mo in premium
- 50% commission on every life policy
- Renewal commissions in year one
- Bonuses for cross-sell and bundling
- No cap — the better you sell, the more you make.
What you'll own
- 4 live-transfer inbound calls per day — no cold calling
- One-call-close mindset; cross-sell to maximize premium and client savings
- 1 life policy per month
- Disciplined follow-up cadence on every quote you don't close on the spot
- Consistently hit monthly production goals
The setup
- Warm, qualified inbound leads provided — your job is to close, not dig for them
- Multi-carrier access: Farmers additional carriers, so when Farmers isn't the fit, you still write the deal
- Downtown Long Beach office — on-site for 90 days, hybrid after
Who I'm looking for
- Active California P&C and Life & Health license (required) with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Proven sales track record with real production behind it
- Multi-line seller — you don't leave coverage or commission on the table
- Disciplined pipeline habits and a consultative, client-first approach
- Self-motivated and accountable
Pay: $23.00 per hour
