We are building a high-performance insurance sales team and are looking for competitive, coachable individuals who want to learn a real sales skill and earn based on performance.
This is not a traditional 9–5 job. This is a structured sales role where you will be trained from the ground up to sell insurance, handle outbound calls, and manage a pipeline of leads in a fast-paced environment.
We provide training, systems, and daily coaching. You bring discipline, consistency, and willingness to execute.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
