About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic, reliable Customer Service & Sales Development Technician (CSR/SDR) to support our growing agency. This role blends customer service with proactive lead development — perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and growing into a licensed insurance professional.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist clients with policy questions, payments, and basic servicing tasks
- Follow up with leads and help schedule appointments for the sales team
- Support the quoting and application process (training provided)
- Maintain accurate customer records and track progress in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive, dependable, and motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
(Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.)
