Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret client data effectively
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices and benefits administration is highly desirable
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies to generate leads and expand outreach efforts
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards

Responsibilities
- Solicits and writes new business
- Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent or agency manager
- Maintains monthly sales record and provides a copy for review to the agent and/or operations manager
- Drive and Productivity: Able to bring about great results from ordinary circumstances; prepare for problems or opportunities in advance; undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision.
