Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects, converting leads into long-lasting policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build enduring client relationships, providing ongoing support and expertise
- Consistently surpass individual sales goals
- Stay current with the latest products and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Contribute to team meetings and shape progressive sales strategies
- 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
- Driven, coachable, and proactive attitude
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a valuable asset
- Base salary plus unlimited commission earning potential
