Compensation Range: $55K - $75K

- Prior sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals is required

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and convert leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
- Stay current on products and compliance
- Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and sales planning
- 1 year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Base salary uncapped commissions
