What You'll Do

As an Agent in Training, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in insurance. You'll work alongside an experienced team, gain hands-on sales experience, and build lasting relationships with clients.

• Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and coaching from an experienced Farmers Insurance agency.
• Learn the sales, customer service, and business skills needed to build a successful insurance career.

Key Duties

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Meet with individuals and business owners to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  
  

What You Bring

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Coachability and a desire to grow professionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
