Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
Conduct client consultations to assess coverage needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and nurture client relationships with ongoing service and policy reviews
Exceed individual sales targets while supporting overall agency success
Stay current with product offerings and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-up tasks, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable and eager to learn
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
