We’re looking for a high-performing, experienced front office leader to oversee the patient experience and daily execution of our practice. This person will lead the front-office business team, ensuring operational consistency, and maintaining a high standard of communication, organization, and accountability across all patient and team interactions
Front Office Leadership● Lead, coach and hold the team accountable to excellent patient interactions
● Oversee daily execution of scheduling, patient flow, and check-in/check-out
● Provide real-time direction and support to ensure smooth, productive days
● Uphold a high standard of organization and professionalism
Patient Experience● Own the day-to-day patient experience from first interaction through completion of care
● Set expectations for communication, tone, and service across the team
● Address and resolve patient concerns in a timely, professional manner
● Ensure patients feel informed, confident, and well cared for at every step
Treatment & Financial Communication● Ensure treatment and financial conversations are communicated clearly and consistently
● Coach team members in confidently guiding patients through their treatment
● Maintain a strong understanding of insurance and financial workflows
● Track case acceptance metrics and use data to guide possible improvements to treatment presentation
Team Development & Accountability● Coach and develop team members through direct feedback and clear expectations
● Support onboarding and training to ensure consistency in performance and communication
● Address performance issues promptly and professionally
● Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment
Practice Performance● Ensure clinical schedule is optimized, efficient and productive
● Support practice goals through strong execution of scheduling, follow-up, and daily front office performance
