Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care based on individualized plans, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Monitor and document vital signs, drains, dressings, lab values, and patient responses.
- Report observations and changes in patient status to appropriate healthcare team members.
- Assist with patient and family orientation to routines and use of specialized equipment.
- Administer medications per policy and document accurately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one year of LPN experience or completion of a recognized residency or program equivalent.
- Current LPN license, preferably with multistate recognition.
- Ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and follow established protocols.
- This role reports to a supervisor and involves night shift work.
- Position located in a Neuroscience Medical/Surgical department.
