Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and hygiene.
- Administer medication reminders as directed, ensuring timely intake.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Support transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the supervising nurse.
- Offer companionship to enhance residents' well-being.
- Participate in training and educational programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- State Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
- 1-2 years healthcare experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 250 lbs, and perform active duties.
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
