Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

- Delivering individualized patient care based on delegated care plans, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
- Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab results.
- Communicating observations and patient responses to the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records.
- Collecting data using specialized equipment and orienting patients and families to routines.
- Administering and documenting medications per policy.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of one year of LPN experience or equivalent residency/training programs.
- Current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or the state.
- If obtaining RN licensure, must notify management; temporary acceptance until RN licensure is achieved.
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and patient instruction.
