Key Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic assessments and reassessments tailored to patient age and condition
- Develop and analyze nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes involving patients and families
- Implement and coordinate care interventions using professional judgment and current best practices
- Evaluate patient progress through critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge
- Determine discharge needs and utilize resources for effective care transition
- Uphold professional standards and practice excellence
- Diploma, Associate’s Degree (ADN), with BSN or MSN preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, with equivalent education and experience acceptable
- Current Oklahoma RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with ongoing maintenance
- New graduates must complete a nurse residency program
