- Delivers individualized patient care based on delegated plans, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Monitors and documents patient status, including vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab results.
- Informs healthcare team of patient responses and changes in condition.
- Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of medical records.
- Assists with patient and family orientation to routines.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent residency program; candidates enrolled in an LPN to RN transition program are also eligible.
- Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or in the practicing state.
- Notification to management upon obtaining RN licensure.
