Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

- Delivering individualized patient care based on care plans, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab results.
- Communicating patient observations and changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records.
- Collecting and recording data using specialized equipment, and orienting patients and families to routines.
- Administering and documenting medications per policy.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training such as residency programs or program completion recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current LPN license in the practicing state, with eligibility for multistate licensure.
- Ability to perform basic patient care tasks and communicate effectively.
- This role reports to a supervisor or manager and does not have management responsibilities.
- Work shifts are day shifts in a hospital setting.
