- Patient care: Delivering safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, conducting assessments, monitoring patients during procedures, reviewing medication profiles, and administering medications as ordered.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, assisting supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and ensuring adequate staffing levels per regulations.
- Safety & Quality: Following policies, procedures, and regulations, participating in staff meetings and continuing education, and maintaining high standards of care.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience, dialysis nursing experience.
