We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Assisted Living Community in St.Louis Park, MN.
This part-time food services schedule includes;
- 32 hours per two week pay period
- Day/evening shifts
- Weekends as needed

TowerLight Senior Living is located in historic St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Only 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, we are near public transportation and the crossroads of Highways 7 and 100. Responsibilities:
- Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
- Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction with their meal service
- Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
- Assists with meal prep and special events
- Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors
- Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and aptitude, teamwork and positive attitude required
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
