Your Role:

As a Certified HHA or PCA, you will provide direct care and support to residents in our Assisted Living Facility, promoting independence, comfort, and quality of life.

HHA & PCA Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Help with dressing, bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide medication assistance as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and document changes in residents' condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Site Administrator
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certification required at time of hire
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
• Physical ability to perform essential job duties (reasonable accommodations considered)
