Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, directing calls appropriately, and addressing inquiries
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations
- Perform laundry duties, sorting folding, stocking
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in guest services and administrative tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
