**Duties:**
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas following established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Handle cleaning of room amenities like refrigerators and coffee/tea makers.
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided safety equipment and following chemical handling guidelines.
- Greet and assist guests courteously during interactions.
- Notify supervisors upon completing services for room availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, control supplies, and minimize waste in housekeeping areas.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items documentation.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
