Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with guest relations by providing local information, directions, and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and resort operations, enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
