Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Serve guests with a friendly attitude, assisting with food selections and answering questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Restock food items promptly to ensure a continuous flow of service during busy hours
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast plates, or replenishing supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering or banquet breakfast services when needed
- Monitor dietary restrictions or special requests from guests to accommodate their needs effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Experience in serving or catering roles within the food industry enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus for offering complete breakfast service options
- Previous banquet or catering experience demonstrates your ability to manage large groups efficiently
- Strong customer service skills combined with hospitality experience ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
