Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
