Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on the robotic paint line. This role is responsible for inspecting coated parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect painted/coated parts for defects such as scratches, uneven coating, or imperfections
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards
- Record and maintain accurate inspection logs and documentation
- Identify nonconforming products and communicate issues to the production team
- Assist in resolving quality issues and improving processes
- Package finished parts as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support other areas of the shop during downtime as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or inspection roles
- Background in manufacturing, coatings, or production environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately document and report inspection results
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or technical training in quality or related field is a plus
