Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Apprentice Carpenter role located in Windham, NH. The Apprentice Carpenter will assist in a variety of carpentry tasks including measurement, cutting, assembly, and installation of wood and other materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting framing, finish carpentry, and other general woodworking tasks by using power tools and hand tools. The apprentice will work alongside experienced carpenters to develop skills and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Carpentry and experience with Framing techniques
• Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Interest and ability to learn and perform Finish Carpentry tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Willingness to follow workplace safety protocols and adhere to industry standards
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor
• Experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
