We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. candidate will be responsible for operating and set up of CNC mills and lathes and water jet cutters. This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate / set up of CNC mill and lathe
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and tolerances.
- Knowledge of CNC tools and tool wear.
- Familiarity with Haas mills and Okuma laths.
- G&M code for programming editing.
- Knowledge of fixturing, work & tool holding along with set ups and tear downs.
- Knowledge of Omax water jet cutter.
