We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Project Manager with strong metal construction experience, particularly ACM wall panels and metal roofing. This is primarily an office-based role focused on coordinating customers, vendors, and internal teams to successfully deliver projects from kickoff through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction projects from start to completion with minimal supervision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and scopes.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project specifications, schedules, budgets, and deadlines are met.
- Lead project kickoffs, handoffs, and project review meetings.
- Develop, track, and negotiate change orders.
- Monitor project costs, resources, schedules, and overall performance.
- Identify project conflicts and develop effective solutions.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and construction plans.
- Track project documentation and assignments across multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in internal and external meetings.
- Use M1 software and Microsoft Office to manage project information.
Required Qualifications
- Strong metal industry experience is required.
- Experience with ACM wall panels and/or metal roofing strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of single-skin, plate panel, architectural metal, or custom metal work.
- Previous project coordination or project management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and change orders.
- Strong customer and vendor communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
