Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced, motivated Large Press Trainee to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.
The Press Trainee role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you will assist the large hydraulic press operator in setting up and operating heavy-duty power presses used to bend, form, stretch, and straighten various metal components using a 250-ton to 2,000-ton large hydraulic press.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 250-ton or larger large hydraulic press, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Prepares, greases, and precoats fittings.
- Measures and marks reference lines on workpieces.
- Position and align die sets into the press machine.
- Bolt dies to the ram and bed of the machine.
- Preheat workpieces in the furnace.
- Lift and position workpieces between dies.
- Reposition workpieces and change dies for multiple passes.
- Hand-form or finishes workpieces.
- Grind burrs and sharp edges.
- Operates forklift.
- Bend or straighten cold metal.
- Set dies to punch and blank heavy metal.
Work Schedule:
- Third Shift: Sunday Night through Thursday Night (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
- Training may occur on a different shift.
- After completion of training, based upon department need there is potential to move to Sunday Night through Wednesday Night (9:00 p.m. to 7:00 am, 4 10's.)
- Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations

Pay: $17.92 to $25.00 based upon years of experience
