Manufacturing Associate / Press Operator

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable candidate with previous manufacturing experience for a great opportunity in Salem, Ohio!

You'll be working with a company that has been recognized on multiple platforms as a “Top Manufacturing Company to Work For”

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay:

• $14.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various packaging and shipping containers
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Support production goals by ensuring quality and timely output
• Set up and safely operate processing equipment
• Maintain proper documentation aligned with ISO standards and company procedures
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer and internal quality expectations
• Ensure only high-quality parts are shipped

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Full mobility and ability to perform physical job duties
• Basic working knowledge of double-action presses is preferred
• Steel-toed boots are required
