Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced Small Press Operator to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.
The Small Press Operator role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you will set up and operate heavy duty power presses to bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates, metal extrusions, formed sheet metal, structural shapes, forgings, and weldments.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating small hydraulic presses, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Plans sequence of operations.
- Aligns and bolts dies to ram and bed of machine.
- Lifts and positions workpiece between dies of machine.
- Starts machine to lower ram which bends or straightens work piece between dies.
- Repositions work piece and changes dies when making multiple or successive passes.
- Grinds out burrs and sharp edges.
- Bends or straightens cold metal.
- Sets dies to punch and blank heavy metal.
- Operates forklifts.
Work Schedule:
- During the initial training period hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Upon completion of training period (will last between 6 months to 1 year), this position will move to 3rd shift based upon department needs
- Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations

Pay: $16.89 to $19.50/hour based upon experience
