Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking a skilled and motivated Large Engine Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Castle, PA. Flowline is a trusted manufacturer of butt weld pipe fittings ranging from ½” to 24” in diameter serving customers worldwide with unmatched quality, expertise, and service.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating large engine lathes to machine metal components according to specifications. Your work will be critical to maintaining our high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and product excellence throughout the production process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Ability to read job order specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, tolling instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speed, depth of cuts, and cutting tools
- Positions and secures tools in holders, lifts and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixture
- Sets specified rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, and positions tool in relation to work piece
- Starts machine, turns hand wheels to feed tool to work piece, and engages feed
- Turns valve handle to direct flow of coolant against tool and work piece
- Observes cutting action of machined work piece to specifications
- Scribes reference lines on work piece to lay out interrelated surfaces, lengths, and depths of cut
- Computes unspecified dimensions and machine settings
- Operates forklift
Work Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours per week, 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift, 3pm to 11pm
- Training may occur on other shifts
- Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfill customer delivery expectations

Pay:
- $18.90/hour to $25.00/hour based upon years of experience
