Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a safe work environment
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
- Manage staffing, workflow, and daily production reporting
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Collaborate with other departments and leadership
- Support operations as needed to keep production running smoothly
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or GED (AAS in supervision or operations preferred)
- Prior supervision in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Information
- Up to $55k annually
