Extension is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic HR partner for the site while overseeing day-to-day HR operations
- Lead employee relations efforts including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Interpret and administer the collective bargaining agreement, including grievance handling
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, exempt, and leadership roles
- Support performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 5 years of HR experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong experience in progressive discipline, coaching, and employee development
- Solid knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
- Experience supporting large-scale recruiting efforts in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Salary Information
- $95,000 - $120,000/year
