Extension Inc. is hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor on behalf of our client in Ripon, Wisconsin. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
This is a highly visible, floor-based leadership position where you will take ownership of assigned production areas, actively support your team, and help ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and on time
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet performance, quality, and productivity expectations
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and all company policies and procedures
- Monitor production performance, including downtime, output, scrap, and material usage
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to quickly resolve issues and maintain production flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment at all times
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction efforts
- Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and performance management
- Conduct regular floor checks and equipment inspections to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
- Hold team members accountable for safety, attendance, quality, and performance standards

Pay: $75,000-$85,000
