Overview
A growing, family-owned Midwest company is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support Sales and Marketing efforts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an entry-level sales role focused on lead generation, qualification, and pipeline support—ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, qualify, and track inbound and outbound sales leads
- Conduct warm and light cold outreach via phone and email
- Build early-stage relationships and schedule meetings for Sales Representatives
- Support inside sales with lead follow-up and inquiries
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) and generate reports
- Assist with marketing initiatives, lead tracking, and ROI analysis
- Provide administrative and project support to Sales and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships acceptable)
- CRM experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Confident, outgoing phone presence with a proactive mindset
Salary & Schedule
- Onsite role in North West Milwaukee with potential for hybrid flexibility after training
- Hourly pay range: $25–$27
